Biography
Olaf Jerzy Muller came to the United States with his parents as a two-year-old immigrant. He and his family were political refugees from then-communist Poland.
Olaf graduated from Georgetown University in 2003 and from George Washington University Law School in 2006. He returned home to Los Angeles upon graduating from law school.
Olaf spent the first twelve years of his legal career working as an associate attorney and then partner at Keith A. Fink & Associates, a boutique litigation firm in West Los Angeles.
In 2018, Olaf started his own legal practice, focusing primarily on small business civil litigation.
During his career, Olaf has worked on a variety of cases, large and small. Olaf has represented hospitals, restaurants, gas stations, clothing retailers, attorneys, superior court judges, sheriffs, actors, models, musicians, financiers, employers and employees, commercial and residential landlords and tenants. Working as both plaintiff’s and defense counsel, he has extensively litigated a range of case types, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret violations, trademark infringement, sexual assault and battery, restraining orders, sexual harassment and discrimination, racial harassment and discrimination, disability discrimination, wrongful termination, ADA violations, malicious prosecution, legal malpractice, and defamation.
Olaf is licensed to practice in the State of California before all state courts, all federal courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Olaf previously has practiced before state courts in Colorado, Nevada, and Maryland on a pro hac vice basis.
